Products and development status
NETRA Secure is a surveillance product initiative in development. Product specifications, hardware appearances, software capabilities and release plans may change as engineering and validation progress. Studio product images are generated design visualisations, not photographs of manufactured NETRA units.
No STQC certification, ONVIF conformance, government endorsement, production shipment or app-store availability is implied. Released model datasheets and applicable certification information will be provided when available.
Enquiries you submit
When you choose to submit an enquiry, NETRA stores your supplied name, email, optional phone and company, product interest, message and consent record in its Supabase database. Authorised administrators use these details to review the request and manage follow-up. Enquiry submission is not an order, reservation or payment.
Share only information required for your enquiry. Do not send passwords, identity documents, private camera footage or sensitive personal information. You can request a correction or withdrawal by replying to a team response, or using the contact form with the email used for your original enquiry.
Optional session analytics
Analytics are off until you allow them. With permission, the website records page paths without query strings, product interactions, device category, referrer hostname, a sanitised campaign source and a temporary browser-session identifier. It does not persist raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs, names, emails or cross-site advertising identifiers in analytics records.
These reports describe consenting browser sessions, not all visitors or unique people. Browser blocks and declined consent affect coverage. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. You can change your preference using the footer control. Your preference is stored locally in your browser.
The configured analytics retention policy is visible to the team. Records are not deleted automatically by this application; any cleanup must be separately reviewed and run. Enquiry records are managed separately from traffic events.
Security and hosting
The admin workspace uses verified Supabase Auth sessions, an explicit administrator allowlist and private server-side database access. Ordinary visitors cannot read enquiry or analytics tables through the public database API. Server infrastructure may process normal connection logs. Google Fonts is used for website typography.
System planner
The planner operates in your browser and can download a text brief to your device. It does not submit that brief automatically. Choosing to discuss it takes a summary to the contact form for you to review before submitting.
